To create a Twiva Wallet, you require a valid Kenyan ID and KRA Pin.

1. Log in to your account on the Twiva App
2. Click Wallet Setup, and select “New”
3. Proceed with the registration and fill in your details accurately
4. When taking a selfie, ensure to smile and put a thumbs up
5. Take a photo of the front and back of your ID as shown on the App
6. Once your documents are submitted fully, proceed to activate your wallet and set up your pin.
